Throughout June, we ask that you pick yourself a challenge, and then go bust it!   Gold, silver or bronze, pick the challenge that best suits you and what you are able to do.

The Wave Leisure pool is available for this challenge, just check the timetable to see when you will be able to get in and do your lengths.  Just remember as you are going up and down to keep a count of your lengths! If you are not a member, the standard pool fees will apply.

 

If Lewes is not convenient for you, you can still take part in the challenges elsewhere, and record your efforts, but it is important that you undertake your challenge in a safe environment.  If you are at all unsure about your challenge, please seek independent advice before starting.
