A LEJOG for Cardiac Risk in the Young

Day 3, getting up near Birstol today with 66 miles done. Not as much climbing today as there has been, but still a reasonable amount, mostly down to the decision that I have made at the moment that after the two hardest days for climbing, it would be a good idea to climb Cheddar Gorge...because it is there!

I probably won't get another chance to do it, so at the moment, it is still very much on the cards that we will go up it.

Getting the feeling that these first 3 days I have been wittering on about all the climbing.  It's fair enough though, as these are the big days for it.
