A LEJOG for Cardiac Risk in the Young

For the last few years I have taken part in the London to Brigthon bike ride, this is a 60-65 mile ride, throughout the night. This was my first long distance ride that got me into doing it for the next five years. Last year I did this for CRY and managed to raise £260. 

Sadly this year I won't be taking part as it will be just after I finish LEJOG and I think I will be having a well deserved rest that weekend.
