Back in the saddle

After a day off yesterday, back in the saddle today for a gentler ride with the Proper Cycling crew.

17 odd miles from Hassocks, with a nice Northerly wind to warm us up accomplished with only one lost person due to a GPS / Garmin / fate related situation. Good number on the ride and nice to meet some new faces. Then after tea and cake, back through Brighton.

What has to be majored on today is the variation in the carrot cake. Mango and pineapple as well. Certainly very moist, but is it a wise thing to try and improve on perfection as the carrot cake as it stood was awe inspiring. However, I would have this combo again, but if they were side by side and I could only have one....? That's a tricky one.

As riding with a group, no ear worms today. Shorter one tomorrow, but a fair bit of up, then two days off.
