Exodus, movement of Jah people (Bob Marley of course)....kept me going for miles, but somehow, didn't have the right head on today. Bike was good, legs felt good, plenty of puff, just CBA as it's known in the family. Ah well, hope that has been and gone and back on it tomorrow.

Another tune that I will keep coming back to now is Black Dog, Led Zeppelin (boy am I a young hipster here or what!). Reason being, I found I had sometime downloaded a brief clip of the Plant singing and it now tells me when I get an email. I will tire of it no doubt, but it is fun at the moment.

Didn't have so much time today as had been possibly joining Al for a longer one, but had a Vet's appointment for the cat that I had to be back for, although she would most likely have gone off somewhere. Amazingly, came down from the roof half an hour before we were due to go, so my short ride had a purpose.

Also meant I could pick up the shirts that have now had a bit or two added to make them more personal for the ride. Not brilliant, but ok.

Then, with both kids coming back this weekend BIG shop as the fridge has to be full.
