Not real riding today

Tipped down today, which was fine as was bike fitting with Ross today. This is the latest science (well, it may be ancient but I have only heard of it recently) where you get really checked out to see that you are on the bike right. Check the height of seat, position of seat, handlebar position, height, angle, angle of body, angle of dangle (that may have been another test) length of posts, and a few other bits as well to end up with the optimal position for most efficient or comfortable or powerful riding. Looking forward to giving it a try.

Will only be a short one tomorrow though and probably no blog as will be off to Aunty Freida's 100th birthday bash. Uckfield FM AGM in the evening so what with one thing and another, you will most likely have to wait for further updates until Friday. Can you hold on that long? Course you can.

Had Adrian confirming today that much as he would like to he cannot join for a leg, but left a lovely donation to the cause, he is number 50 to contribute to the ride. However, hatcdhing a plan with Ross as to how to get the best out of him and Glenn joining. Looks as if I should end up with company for parts of 5 of the 13 days, so still some slots available.

Will be looking to push the fund raising shortly as we need to start getting closer to that £8,500 for the first screening day. It is after all, why we are doing this. The froth and bubbles of the daily posts sometimes hides the more serious intent, but it is there and not forgotten.
