Penzance is beautiful in June

Well, testing out the wifi in the Yacht Inn, I am sitting on a very creaky loo seat with a cistern that has been filling up for 5 minutes! It's a bit slow.

Testing journey. Started with the first train being delayed as there was no power at Brighton. Thankfully we could get to Haywards Heath, however, that train was terminated there with no idea what train would go to London. 10 minutes later they decided that terminated train would be that train so we fought our way on, wrestling old ladies and children to the floor to get prime seats.

After that it was quieter for a while, apart from the hundreds of people going to Royal Ascot. Train was empty after Ascot.

4th train was the one to Penzance. All good until Cambourne, when a lady getting off fell over and dislocated her kneecap. Train stopped, ambulance called when the knee went back in and she got off.

Met Helen and Steve, had wander and nice meal, at the fourth place we tried as everywhere was full!

Go go off after early breakfast to start riding. From what I saw of Cornwall, it's very hilly. Yikes.
